A/C/W Lowell Ma. Box 225 604 Central Street 05/07/2014
On Wednesday Morning at 00:40hrs. the Lowell Ma. Fire Dept struck Box 225 for 604 Central Street for a reported building fire. First due Engine-11 reported smoke showing and further updated that he had a fire between (2) buildings and had exposure problems. Firefighters quickly stretched and quickly extinguished the fire and checked for extension.
Car 3 held Engine 11 and Ladder 1 while companies were overhauling and waiting for the FIU to show up.
just minutes after the FIU showed up, and as I was leaving, that's when Box 225 was struck again for the (2nd fire) at 49 Wamesit Street, just a block or so away.
