3rd Alarm Newton Ma. Box 234 355 Newtonville Ave 01/04/2014

On Saturday just around 16:15hrs. Newton Ma. Fire Dept. struck Box 234 for 355 Newtonville Ave for a reported house fire. First due Engine-4 reported fire and smoke showing. Upon Ladder-3's arrival, the officer requested the 2nd Alarm be struck. A few minutes after the Deputy Chief arrived, he did a quick size up and requested a 3rd Alarm be struck. C-2 also requested for an extra ladder truck over the 3rd alarm for RIT, which Waltham ladder-2 responded.
Fire was in a large 2.5 story wood-frame occupied structure.
