W/F Brockton Ma. Box 2113 617 Main Street 01/18/2021

On 01/18/2021 around 00:37hrs. Brockton Ma. Fire Dept. struck Box 2113 for 617 Main Street for a reported building fire. A Brockton Police Officer was driving by and reported smoke from the building. Station-2 apparatus were first due and reported smoke showing. Car-56 (Deputy Chief Galligan) reported smoke showing from a 1 story brick restaurant and soon after arrival requested the W/F assignment. Firefighters stretched (3) handlines and found fire in a rear office area. Fire was at 'South Side Pizza & Subs".
Side note, this was Engine-5's first fire with their new 2020 Pierce Enforcer engine.
